I got a lot of great work on footwork, stance and positioning for pass blocking (Offensive Lineman technique). While this video is only a little over 3 minutes, we worked out this day for nearly 2 hours–awesome!
Kiki Sagoian works with me on Offensive Lineman techniques, specifically RUN BLOCKING from the fit position, stance, footwork for the drive block and for pulling with a secondary, 3 block finish.
